Currently, Aditi is pursuing her MBA in the domain of Finance. She has interned with EY GDS in the domain of taxation. She is the Chief Operating Officer at an NGO: Organization for Youth & Elderly, based in Mumbai.

Social service has been an innate quality that has propelled her ideology to serve the people in some way possible. Being associated with the NGO for the past 6 years, it has given her an opportunity to venture into the uncharted territories of the socio-economic sector. In the past, She has won the JRD TATA Scholarship twice for her academic performance.

She has been one of the National Finalists in YTPY competition conducted by EY GDS in 2019. Also, she has been recommended by 12 SSB Board Bangalore for the Indian Navy Officer Position. Adding to her achievements, she has published two research papers (one with IEEE Xplore and other with IJEEE).
