Stephany Rosario Zarzuela is an advocate professional lawyer from Dominican Republic, currently working in the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Development. She is pursuing a master’s degree in Public Administration at Seoul National University. Her research is related to public policy and sustainable development practice areas, beside her interest in social development, International Politics, and economic growth.
